According to Closer Weekly, the TV personality kicked off the birthday celebrations in quarantine by popping a cold bottle of champagne.

Valerie didn't stop at being an actress and TV personality, though, as she has expanded her career to include being a spokesperson and best-selling author.

The Food Network star gave fans a glimpse at the bottle popping by taking to her Instagram Story to state that she was "Sipping on champagne at 6 a.m." By the end of the video, Valerie was in such a great mood that she joked about coming to terms with being 60.

Just before she made that confession about her son, Closer Weekly reported that Valerie admitted that she had nothing to worry about when it came to the 28-year-old, who is part of his father, Eddie Van Halen's band, Van Halen.

Before Wolfgang became a part of Van Halen, he used to have several sessions with his heavy metal band, Tremonti.

As regards her career, IMDB reported that Valerie was part of the 175 situation comedy "One Day at a Time" which premiered on CBS with the actress playing the role of Barbara Cooper.

Valerie has also starred in three feature films, which include "CHOMPS," "Ordinary Heroes," and "Number One with a Bullet."
