Oprah Winfrey has made her name as a talk show host, a businesswoman, and a philanthropist. She might however, want to add "agricultural expert" to her list of qualifications.

Yesterday, the billionaire businesswoman took to Instagram to share a video of herself in her garden. In the video, she showed off a large cabbage, which she had been growing for quite some time.

The media mogul looked stunning in an all-white ensemble, which included a T-shirt and pants. She allowed her hair to run free, and she paired the entire outfit with a pair of reading glasses.

While she looked terrific, however, the cabbage was definitely the star of the video, the vegetable was luscious and green, and its size was impressive. Boasting about the abundance and quality of the vegetable, she said:

"I'm telling you, not one chemical used whatsoever, because we don't believe in it around here. Man, this is going to make a lot of good slaw for Memorial Day!"

Oprah also appeared to have some trouble handling the cabbage, as she commented on it being heavy. That should make some excellent salad for sure.

In her captions, she explained that her garden has been blooming despite the quarantine. Oprah also reached out to other gardening aficionados, asking if others love the activity as much as she does.

Despite the lockdown and stay-at-home order, the media mogul has had quite a busy schedule. She recently partnered with Facebook for the "#Graduation2020: Celebrate the class of 2020" ceremony.

The initiative is part of a growing trend across the country. The lockdown has restricted graduation ceremonies, so Oprah helped deliver a commencement speech for the class of 2020. In it, she said in part:

"My hope is that you will harness your education, your creativity and your valor, your voice, your vote, reflecting on all that you've witnessed and hungered for."

She also commended the graduates for ushering a new period. At the same time, the speech included encouragement for people to think about their priorities and the essential services they can provide.

Several other notable names and organizations have thrown graduation ceremonies virtually. These include Barack Obama, Stephen Curry, Kevin Hart, and more.

The media mogul has also found time to engage with her social media followers and do some fun stuff. She's even done puzzles with her partner, Stedman Graham. Indeed, she seems to be using her quarantine period well.
