Todd Bridges of 'Diff'rent Strokes' Was Married to His Actress Ex-wife Dori for 14 Years
Todd Bridges of "Diff'rent Strokes" was married to his actress wife Dori for 14 years before they decided to call it quits and file for divorce.
After being married for 14 years, Todd and Dori Bridges decided to go their separate ways. It was a decision that their representatives shared was "in the best interest" of their futures.
"The Bridges have decided that disunion is in the best interest of their collective futures."
THEY GREW APART
Together, Todd and Dori share a son named Spencir, and during their separation, they made it clear that they were both committed to doing whatever it takes to maintain the well-being of their son.
Unfortunately for their relationship, they grew apart as the years went by, and it was something that could no longer be fixed. In 2012, they decided that a divorce was what was best for their family.
HIS BREAKTHROUGH SHOW
Todd Bridges starred as Willis Jackson alongside Gary Coleman and Dana Plato in the 1980s sitcom, "Diff'rent Strokes." In later years, he suffered from substance abuse that hindered him from staying active in Hollywood.

He made a comeback, however, by starring on the Fox reality series "Skating With Celebrities," and as a cast member on Tyler Perry's "House of Payne." He also starred in the Adam Sandler comedy "That's My Boy."
Now 54-years-old, Todd Bridges recently looked back at his time on the show, revealing that his onscreen father, Conrad Bain, was more of a father to him than his real-life dad.
