Gabrielle Union has had a tough week. The former judge on "America's Got Talent" was hit with a crushing blow after the results of the investigation into her firing from the show didn't go in her favor.

A statement from NBC shared only days ago, concluded that their investigation found no basis for her claims of inappropriate racial or gender-based comments towards her or the allegations she brought forward concerning her firing.

Although Union is not directly addressing the matter on social media, she used her daughter, Kaavia James Wade, who is dubbed the "Shady Baby" to get the message across.

With an up-close photo of Kaaiva, looking unimpressed while clutching onto a cellphone, the caption said, "you already know..." The location of the picture gave more telling details as it was written, "fully fed up."

The post has many fans agreeing with the sentiments in the post about feeling frustrated. One like-minded fan shared in the somber mood and commented, "exactly how we feel, Kaavia."

Another fan also supported her, saying, "she's been fed up since birth. I don't blame you, Kav. I don't blame you." One person shared some words of encouragement.

, was a fight on its own to go through with.

In an interview with Today, Union admitted she had to battle the fear and anxiety of what people would say to her for not birthing her daughter the traditional way.

After dealing with fertility issues and several miscarriages in the years that she tried to conceive naturally, Union revealed that she is proud to have overcome her doubts about how people would accept her choice for surrogacy.

The "Being Mary Jane" star published her first children's book titled "Welcome to the Party." The book sets a different narrative on parenthood and non-traditional family structures inspired by her daughter.

Union has fully adjusted to motherhood since welcoming Kaavia in 2018. Their daughter is Wade's fourth child after having children from previous relationships.

According to the Daily Mail, Wade's blended family went on an epic vacation across the country, which they call their annual "Wade World Tour" in December 2019. For their final leg, they relaxed at a resort in Hawaii.
