Khary Payton of 'Walking Dead' Reveals His Son Karter Is Trans
Khary Payton recently shared an emotional post on his Instagram page, in which he revealed that his son is transgender and showed him some love.
For any LGBTQ+ child, coming out as trans can be scary, so the parents' responsibility is to make a smooth landing for their child as they begin a new phase in their life.
Many celebrities are setting a great example in this regard. The likes of Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwyane Wade, actress Charlize Theron, have all come out in recent times to openly support their trans children.

"My son, Karter. Karter with a K because it reminded him of my name. He chose it. You see, he was born female but has always identified as a boy…."
