Actress and television personality Tia Mowry has decided to show her fans how she has been maintaining positivity in her life. The actress shared a beautiful photo of herself on Instagram and paired it with an enlightening and uplifting message for her fans. She wrote:

Mowry added that she also drew strength from meditating on the faith that her ancestors endured while they were on earth. She continued that her mom also gave her some advice on which she had also been meditating.

Mowry also revealed that she woke up each morning with a positive affirmation that she could do all things through Christ, who gave her strength.

Tia went through a lot of emotional strain after her second child's birth and ultimately suffered from postpartum depression.

Mowry's self-care spree came two years after the struggles she faced with the birth of her youngest child, Cairo Tiahna, with her husband Cory Hardrict, in 2018, seven years after their first child, Cree was born.

The actress had gone through a lot of emotional strain and ultimately suffered from postpartum depression. In an interview with Romper, she revealed that she had a lot of anxiety and felt a profound sadness that always left her feeling overwhelmed.

She admitted that she initially did not want to admit that she had gone through postpartum depression because she was ashamed.

Her struggle worsened when her husband, Cory Hardrict, had to briefly leave home to film a television show in Puerto Rico, leaving her alone to take care of their two children.
