How the Busby Quintuplets of 'Outdaughtered' Celebrated Their 5th Birthday Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic

The season finale of “OutDaughtered” will see fans getting a sneak peek at how the Busbys celebrated the 5th birthday of their quintuplets.

People has reported that the end of the current “OutDaughtered” season will show how the Busby family celebrated the 5th birthday of their all-female quintuplets.

The episode, which was posted to YouTube by a viewer, showed Danielle explaining to Blayke and the quints — Olivia, Parker, Ava, Riley, and Hazel that:

“I know this isn't how we envisioned celebrating our birthday, but I promise we'll do something when we're allowed to go outside...”

The mother of six added that they would enjoy ice cream and cupcake-filled celebration instead. In a confessional that she recorded by herself, Danielle disclosed that even though she ordered some birthday supplies at the last minute, none of them got delivered.

The season also saw the family take a trip to Jackson Hole — an event that excited them to no end. Following a sneak peek of the episode that highlighted their trip

This update comes a month after it was revealed that the Busbys’ reality TV show would rejoin TLC's Tuesday lineup in June, alongside “Sweet Home Sextuplets.”

While the fifth season of “OutDaughtered” premiered on June 2, the third season of “Sweet Home Sextuplets” premiered on June 16.

People reported at the time that filming of “OutDaughtered” would have to be done by Danielle and her husband, Adam, due to the novel coronavirus outbreak and unavailability of a filming crew.

During the season’s run, the Busby clan had to deal with planning birthday parties, potential eye treatment for one of the quints, the Easter holiday, and a switch to homeschooling for the kids.

The season also saw the family take a trip to Jackson Hole — an event that excited them to no end. Following a sneak peek of the episode that highlighted their trip, People noted that Danielle said:

“Out of all the vacations, I'm most excited about this one. For the first time since the quints were born, I finally feel like I can take a breath. But you never know what tomorrow brings.”
