When & Where to Watch 'The Bachelor' Season 29
In addition to reports about when and where viewers can watch the latest season of "The Bachelor," netizens have been expressing their eagerness to watch the show.
Today, January 27, 2025, Season 29 of the beloved reality show "The Bachelor" will air. The anticipation and public buzz surrounding the new season have been ramping up ever since the official Instagram account for the series announced the upcoming season via a post revealing viewing details.
On December 16, 2024, "The Bachelor" shared an eye-catching photo of Season 29 leading man Grant Ellis, who flashed a bright smile while posing in a red suit jacket with a rose in hand.
The post's caption reads, "Granting wishes one rose at a time. Grant's season of #TheBachelor premieres Monday, January 27 on ABC."
According to ABC's website, in addition to people being able to view the new season on the broadcasting channel at 8/7c, viewers can also stream season 29 on Hulu, where all previous seasons are also available.
Since news of the latest season made its rounds across social media, netizens have been flooding comment sections with their reactions concerning how keen they are to view the series.
"I can't wait!" exclaimed an excited fan, while another echoed, "So excited ❤️❤️." Joining in on the buzz, a fellow admirer shared, "TUNED IN!! Let's get it!" Bachelor Nation fans will remember Grant from Season 21 of "The Bachelorette," where he vied for Jenn Tran's heart, alongside other contestants.
Grant's time on Jenn's season, however, did not result in him receiving the final rose, and now he's back as the leading man for Season 29.
Jenn, who charmed her way into viewers' hearts during her time as a contestant on Joey Graziadei's season of "The Bachelor," was 26 years old at the time and had been studying to become a physician assistant, according to her bio on ABC.
The bilingual Vietnamese beauty, described as "sweet and compassionate," sadly sent Grant home after he confessed that he was falling for her.
Speaking to People magazine about his experience on "The Bachelorette," Grant disclosed, "On Jenn's season I didn't really get to show who I was: my personality, my sense of humor and just the way I am on an everyday basis."
Although he didn't get his happy ending back then, Grant says how things ended with Jenn allowed him to focus on fitness, family, and work, which helped him instrumentally during his healing process.
"I was in a really good place coming into my season of 'The Bachelor.' I was ready. Really intentional, that's the word I would use. Being intentional and me s[ci] healing from Jen's [sic] season was getting back to normal life," noted the new bachelor.
Grant shared how ready he is for people to finally get to know every facet of his personality, and expressed his hope that his story will serve as inspiration for some.
He also divulged details about the ongoings of his season thus far, revealing how he has been doing his best to keep the drama between the ladies vying for his love at bay.
"In a situation like that, where any move you make is really pivotal, I think that me waiting until I had all the evidence and then making a decision was the best move on the chessboard. Get the facts and don't jump the gun," divulged the Season 29 bachelor.
Grant also spoke about his keen sense for detecting someone's intentions, highlighting how actions speak louder than words, and asserting his belief that any woman who engages in drama on the show most likely lacks the maturity he is after.
"I think that there's a certain maturity level that comes with wanting a family and wanting a long-lasting relationship, so I think that maturity was something that I looked for in these women," Grant stated.
He also referenced his other pet peeves, such as self-centeredness, which he dubs a "red flag." Noting attributes he is fond of, Grant said, "I like when somebody's compassionate and somebody has a heart for other people because that's the way I am, so I feel like it has to mesh with how I feel. And then hygiene is a big thing for me, too!"
Another topic Grant discussed during his conversation with People includes the rose ceremony, which he confessed to be challenging, especially as he gets to know all the ladies better.
"So that was the hard part, just letting somebody down that their heart was in it. That was really tough for me, but it's something that was a step forward in me finding my person, so that's something that I'm happy about," mentioned the reality star.
According to his ABC bio, the charismatic day trader was a former pro basketball player. Grant's towering presence is matched by his infectious smile and easygoing charm.
While he's now immersed in the fast-paced world of finance, he never misses an opportunity to enjoy life's lighter moments. Whether he's cheering on his favorite team, the Lakers, hitting the bowling lanes, or showing off his karaoke skills, Grant's zest for life is palpable.
Additionally, Grant is a self-proclaimed mama's boy, places a high value on family, and envisions building a future rooted in loyalty, humor, and shared appreciation for life's simple pleasures.
As he takes on the role of the Bachelor, Grant is hopeful that this season will lead him to a meaningful connection and, ultimately, the love of his life.
