Demi Lovato, Jackée Harry, and Heather Morris Lead Pack of Celebrities Offering Prayers for Missing 'Glee' Star Naya Rivera

Naya Rivera recently went missing, and following the announcement of her disappearance, several celebrities have taken to social media to offer prayers for the actress.

On Wednesday, the Ventura County Sheriff Office released a tweet where they revealed that authorities were searching for a possible drowning victim at Lake Piru.

The victim was later identified as Naya Rivera, and following the news, some of Rivera's famous friends have been on the front line, praying for the actress's safe return. Taking to Instagram, singer Demi Lovato shared a photo of a burning candle that she captioned,

"Please pray for @nayarivera to be found safe and sound."

Also, Heather Morris, who acted alongside Rivera in "Glee," took to her Instagram story where she wrote, "We need all the prayers we can get to bring our Naya back home to us. We need your love and light."

Some other celebrities also took to Twitter, where they left some positive notes. Nickelodeon star, Victoria Justice wrote, "Praying for Naya, ??????" while veteran actress Jackee Harry added, "Prayers up for the lovely Naya Rivera. ??."

While Rivera's ex-fiance, Big Sean, is yet to make any statement, there is no doubt that the rapper is also hoping for the best. Taking to Twitter, Sean showed that he was thinking of Rivera by liking several tweets that talked about the search for the actress.

Rivera was declared missing after her 4-year-old son, Josey, was found asleep alone on a boat on Lake Piru in Ventura County. According to officials, Rivera and her son had rented the boat about three hours before she was discovered to be missing.

The officials also reportedly revealed that Josey told authorities that he went swimming with his mother, but she never made it back to the boat.

While Josey was found wearing a life jacket, it is believed that Rivera was not wearing one after an adult life vest was found on the boat.

Following the discovery that there was a missing person, a search was immediately initiated with the use of helicopters, trained divers as well as drones, but the actress is yet to be found.

Officials later explained that the search was suspended in the evening and that rescue effort would continue at sunrise on Thursday.
