Jennifer Hudson recently shared a time when she met a “true team jhud player” and posed with him in a pink sports bra with a leopard jacket.

Jennifer Hudson is a successful singer who keeps her fans close to her heart. On one occasion, she met and surprised a member of her team.

The “I Still Love You” artist recently had a flashback moment and took to Instagram the memory of meeting a “true team jhud player.”

SURPRISING A TEAM PLAYER

Hudson’s post came with several photos of her and the surprised fan, who asked her to do several poses. The singer shared:

“He said that I made his life but yal [sic] make mine too! Love u team jhud!”

Hudson wore a neon pink sports bra, covered by a leopard printed jacket, and denim cycling shorts in the photos.

HUDSON’S SUCCESSFUL CAREER

The “American Idol” alum began her singing career in a local church choir before going onboard a Disney cruise ship to sing.

In 2004, she auditioned for “American Idol’s” third season and became a finalist. Although she did not win, Hudson gained massive exposure and attracted talent scouts with her voice.

Hudson recently paid tribute to her late grandmother, Julia Kate Hudson, on what could have been her 95th birthday.

The singer’s career became a whirlwind of success from then on, starting with a role in the film adaptation of “Dream Girls” and earning a Golden Globe and Oscar Award for Supporting Actress.

BEHIND HER SUCCESS

Despite becoming one of the biggest names in the music industry, Hudson remains humble and credits her family and faith for being her backbone. She shared:

“I got my voice from my grandma. She was so good that people used to tell her she could be a professional, but she always insisted that her voice was a gift from the Lord, and the best way to show her gratitude was by using it to serve him.”

Hudson recently paid tribute to her late grandmother, Julia Kate Hudson, on what could have been her 95th birthday.

She penned a sweet letter to and posted it alongside an old photo of Julia, thanking her for the voice she inherited.
