The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum shared the sweet snap, showing the two-year-old dressed in a purple top while holding a doll and playing with bubbles.
Moore announced the birth of her daughter with husband Marc Daly after conceiving through in vitro fertilization. She shared the exciting news, writing that she was alert and active.
During her pregnancy, the reality star revealed that both her daughter's names had a special meaning. She said:
"Brooklyn because that's where we met and fell in love, and Doris after my grandmother who passed away last year and who raised me."
Moore who is the former Miss USA had a difficult pregnancy, testing positive for preeclampsia which caused severe swelling, water retention, and high blood pressure.
Her daughter was born via an emergency cesarean section and the reality star revealed that she gained 17lbs in one week due to the disorder.
Moore revealed that she felt that Daly had shut her out of certain parts of his life.
While mother and daughter seem to be doing well, Moore and Daly are estranged after their explosive fights were regularly shown on "Real Housewives of Atlanta."
In a clip of the reality show, Moore revealed that she felt that Daly had shut her out of certain parts of his life, she said:
"It kind of feels as though there's a large part of him or the relationship that I was never privy to. For example, I'm not allowed to speak to his mother or father."

Moore also said that while her ex was allowed to see his daughter whenever he wanted to, he could not stay in their home.
She said that one of the issues that she had with Daly was their fights which often ended with him yelling or "crossing lines." Moore added that she had fought hard for her marriage.
The couple split up was captured on the show after they had attended a charity dinner. Fellow "RHOA" costar Nene Leakes shared that she did not believe their relationship would work out.
Daly was even caught talking to some of his wife's costars, telling them that he hated married life, stating that "everybody knows I hate it."
