'Good Morning America' Host Lara Spencer Shares Sweet Photo with Her Furry Friends

ABC News Reporter, Lara Spencer, is a dog-fan, no doubt. She has shown her love for her canine pets by sharing a recent photo of her ‘chilling’ with them on a couch.
The photograph, which was shared on Instagram yesterday, featured the TV host sitting comfortably next to her furry friends, Riva, Coco, and Dandy on an ash-colored couch.

The picture was taken on the backyard balcony of the presenter’s home. She hinted at the weather in her caption, noting that it was “starting to feel like fall” while adding that they referring to herself and her furry friends were “not sure how to feel about that.”
Spencer, who was born Lara Christine von Seelen, is also an actress and a writer, having authored a few books, including Gary Unmarried and the Muppets.
The 51-year-old wore a lapel microphone, which suggested that she had just got off a telecast. She had on a vibrant colored floral shirt while her legs were covered by a grey tweed blanket to shield her from the morning chill.
The couch was decorated with oversized pillows and seemed like a perfect spot for her dogs to also lounge. The photo got a lot of attention from followers, most of whom just gushed at the lovable dogs. One fan noted how “cute” her pups were.
Another mentioned how adorable Coco looked with her upside-down pose in the photo. She also said how much she “loved these pups,” and thanked the show host for sharing them with the public.
Some fans in their comments wished that summer would linger while others could not wait for fall. Spencer, who was born Lara Christine von Seelen, is also an actress and a writer, having authored a few books, including Gary Unmarried and the Muppets.
However, she is well known for being the lifestyle anchor for ABC’s “Good Morning America,” a role she got promoted to in March 2011 after previously being the national correspondent between 1999 to 2004.
She boasts of having launched an entertainment Magazine show, “The Insider,” which has her interviewing some of the industry’s biggest stars.
The “Antiques Roadshow” host is a mother of two children shared with her former partner, David Haffenreffer. She is currently married to Rick McVey after meeting him in 2016 on a blind date set up by a friend.
