The singer praised his trainer Mr. Bobby Strong and said he had been a tremendous asset in his transformation as he prepares for what's to come in a few weeks. He drops a teaser saying:

According to reports, the full star lineup will be revealed Wednesday, September 2, on Good Morning America. For now, the only confirmed star contestant is the Bachelorette's Bristowe, and during a chat with ET Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed:

"I'll be happy with whoever they partner me with. I just feel like they're all incredible."

Kaitlyn at 35 looks great, and her training is also going well as she showed off her abs and workout progress on her Instagram. Her words say it all when she said "she felt strong and ready to dance."

Even though the names of other contestants are still under wraps, earlier this month, ABC announced the names of new professional dancers, Britt Stewart and Daniella Karagach.

There was also the mention of familiar names like Peta Murgatroyd, Sasha Farber, Val Chmerkovskiy, as Artem Chigvintsev is also set to return.

Reports revealed that previous hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews would not be returning this season, and Tyra Banks will be taking over. The superstar model is thrilled to continue the legacy.

The good thing is McLean doesn’t share his wife’s stage fright as we recall Rochelle was nervous while filming the re-enactment of their wedding for the singer’s “Boys and a Man” video.

Fans of "DWTS" can be assured that AJ is a committed person. His vigorous quest to get in shape and his lasting bond of almost 27 years with the Backstreet Boys also proves it.
