Dwyane Wade showed off his new tattoo in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Check out his latest ink here.

Dwyane Wade has some new ink that he is showing off, and it comes with an important message for his followers.

The NBA star revealed the new tattoo on his Instagram, and on it is a portrait of Martin Luther King Jr. standing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

The body art was done by Vanessa Aurelia, a tattoo artist based in California with a significant following of her own.

Aurelia shared images of herself drawing the tattoo on the basketball player, revealing the final product on her Instagram page. Wade shared a similar post writing:

"57 years ago to the date, Martin Luther King Jr stood before a quarter of a million people from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and spoke the words, 'I have a dream.'"

This is not the first time the star is getting inked up, with his first piece being in 2018 after the birth of Kaavia James, his daughter with Gabrielle Union.

The actress announced that her husband had gotten their daughter's name tattooed onto him, joking that it had taken a lot of whiskeys for Wade to get through it.

One Twitter follower joked that they had almost gotten a stroke after seeing a photo of the tattoo.

Reactions to Wade's new King tattoo are mixed. Many online users criticized the quality of the artwork and others made fun of it.

One Twitter follower joked that they had almost gotten a stroke after seeing a photo of the tattoo, while another one said:

"Lmao. Dwyane Wade is worth $120 Million and gets a tattoo that looks like this? That's tough."

His other tattoos include a large one on his left knee bearing a "Wade of Wade" logo which the star revealed to fans on his Instagram stories.

Wade also has the quote, "My belief is stronger than your doubt," on his thigh, as well as names of places that he holds close to his heart.

One of those is Chicago, also found on his thigh, in honor of his hometown and the place that he was born and raised.

The star also has Wade County tattooed, as it is the county that his team is from, especially after commissioners voted to rename the county in honor of him.
