Joy Behar Says Carole Baskin's Missing Husband Appearing on DWT Would Make an Exciting Moment
"The View" co-host, Joy Behar, shared how it would make entertaining TV should "Dancing with the Stars" Carole Baskin's missing husband suddenly appeared on the show.
Things became awkward for the co-host when fellow co-stars informed her that he is not on the planet anymore. The moment occured during the 'Hot Topics' segment.
The hosts were discussing the Season premiere of DWTS, analyzing Baskin's dance moves. Behar quickly brushed off the idea saying he thought he was just missing and that she didn't know what "Tiger King" was.

CONTROVERSY SURROUNDING BASKINS' HUSBAND CASE
Don Lewis, a supposed millioniare, was Baskins' second husband. He disappeared under mysterious circumstances over two decades ago. Sharing her view about the Netflix docuseries, Meghan McCain said:
"She allegedly fed him to a tiger. I watched the entire show [DWTS], but I felt bad afterwards for watching because she is an alleged murderer, and I can't support that."
The "Tiger King" documentary relooks at the life of the millionaire, zooming in on the time that he vanished. McCain and Sara Haines strongly recommended that Behar watch, calling it fascinating.
FURTHER STIRRING THE POT
The spotlight shined even brighter on Baskin after an advert was released during the show by Lewis' first family and lawyers. The ad urged citizens to come forward with any information offering a reward of $100 000.
Lewis' first family suspected Baskin was involved, asking why certain things weren't investigated by the police.
Baskin spoke out against the documentary, maintaining her innocence and calling out the show for publicizing rumors and refusing her her right of reply. She said that the series shared unsavory truths for views.
FACTS VERSUS SPECULATIONS
Elle released a report detailing the couples relationship and the progression of the case thus far. Lewis' first family suspected Baskin was involved, asking why certain things weren't investigated by the police. Saying that:
"We were upset that the cops didn’t test the DNA on the meat grinder. It’s a perfect scenario to dispose of someone."
But Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said that the claims in the series were unfounded because the meat grinder was removed a couple weeks before the millionaire disappeared.
BASKIN READY FOR THE CHALLENGE
Although her first dance performance with professional dancer, Pasha Pashkov received the lowest mark from judges, she's determined to keep giving it her best.
The big cat lover described herself as determined and competitive. As a workaholic, she would like to practice until she gets the moves right, but she has a limited time in which to practice.
Season 29 is pressing all the right buttons for viewers receiving mixed reactions for the celebrity cast members as well as new host, Tyra Banks. It is still early days, thus it's anyone's guess how things will unfold.
The shows popularity is unmatched, amused viewers often tweet their reactions, tagging the show and ABC. Fans can catch DWTS every Tuesday evening on ABC.
