Wendy Williams is back for season 12 of her syndicated television talk show "The Wendy Williams Show" on September 21, and the 56-year-old looked stunning.

Williams shared with her audience: "I've lost 25 pounds." She added that she did not do it intentionally. It's simply that food became sickening to her, the host explained.

According to the controversial television personality, her tastes changed during the quarantine. Williams added that she was shocked when she went in for a colonoscopy and checked her weight.

"I said, 'I haven't weighed this little since high school,'" said Williams, who gained popularity for her live disputes with celebrities. Williams admitted that she feels great with her new look.

However, she added that she is just alone in her romance. The host then quipped that there's nothing to stress over on the grounds that "he might be watching right now."

A year ago, Williams ended her relationship with Kevin Hunter, whom she married in 1997. Meanwhile, Williams' dramatic weight-loss transformation was first noticed in 2017.

At the time, Williams, who has written a New York Times best-selling autobiography and six other books, revealed that she lost a remarkable 50 pounds of weight.

The host credited a pescatarian diet, Pilates, and cardio for helping her shed the weight. The one key aspect of her dieting plan, she explained, was that she always eats breakfast.

Williams has been a fan of Pilates as a way to get her heart rate up for quite some time. A well-known type of exercise, Pilates involves many stretching and limbering-up movements, frequently in a fast-paced group setting.

However, despite her dedication to a healthy lifestyle, Williams has not had the most comfortable year, health-wise. She suffered a fainting episode while filming "The Wendy Williams Show" in late 2017.

Shortly after that, the host took a three-week break from her show as a result of complications from Graves' disease, a condition that Williams has long suffered from.

Then, she had to take an extended leave of absence from her show in late 2018. According to the host's statement at the time, she needed to take some time away to focus on her wellbeing and to make a full recovery.
