Following a shocking finale to Season 3 of the hit Paramount Network series, some observant fans may have spotted some thrilling casting development for the next installment.

Fans theorized that an interesting production leak might have revealed a brand new member of the Dutton family when the next season starts in 2021.

Rumors started about the new cast of the series on the popular online forum, Reddit. One user shared: "Finn Little joins the cast of Yellowstone for Season 4."

The Reddit user added that the Australian actor, who has quickly become a very respected actor worldwide, has been taping with Kelly Reilly. It has been speculated that Beth Dutton, played by Reilly, will adopt an older boy next season.

In the back half of the show's Season 3, Jamie Dutton, played by Wes Bentley, found out he was adopted and confronted his past when he met up with his biological father, Garrett Roland, played by Will Patton.

After observing firsthand the harm a hidden adoption can do, it seems right that Beth and Rip Wheeler, played by Cole Hauser, may choose to adopt an older child.

Nonetheless, another fan maintained that after seeing Jamie's life play out, he thinks that Beth is taking a hard pass on the whole adoption thing.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, filming for Season 4 was delayed by a few months.

Beth, who almost kills herself while suffering from severe depression, has become popular for her unforeseeable and frequently silly choices in life.

Some fans don't think there are bases behind the rumors, but the original Reddit poster reasoned that Little's casting is most likely true after spotting several social media hints.

The user explained: "Instagram/Facebook. He's in Montana right now taping Yellowstone." Little also thanked his manager for helping him, and he traveled from Australia to play a role, so, it must be a fairly substantial one.

Meanwhile, according to Express, these reports have not yet been officially confirmed. The publication pointed out that the production of the series' Season 4 is currently ongoing, so official news is expected to be declared before the year's end.

"Yellowstone" has become one of the summer's most successful television shows, and it is not surprising with all its plot's twists and turns. Fans could not wait for the series' next season to begin.

Months prior to the Season 3 premiere, Paramount Network signed an arrangement with Taylor Sheridan, the maker of "Yellowstone," to work on new projects. That includes the fourth season of the show.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, filming for Season 4 was delayed by a few months. However, filming picked up shortly before the season 3 finale aired.

On August 21, the management of Chief Joseph Ranch, where the show is filmed, confirmed that filming for the next season had begun. Although no release date for season 4 has been announced yet, the past three seasons all started in June, so fans predict the start of the upcoming season in June 2021.
