Union also expressed gratitude towards her family. According to her, she found joy and peace in them and is glad she could spend a healthy amount of time with them.
APPEARANCE ON "GOOD MORNING AMERICA"
Towards the end of September, Union shared a photo of herself and her husband on Instagram as she teased about their appearance on "Good Morning America." In the image, Union wore a white patterned mini gown that featured a ruffled hem.
She paired the outfit with thigh-high burgundy boots. In a follow-up post, the gorgeous actress posted shots that captured her with her daughter, Kaavia who was dressed in PJs and crocs.
AT THE EMMY AWARDS
Union and Wade also attended the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards together in the same month. Union wore a large white robe as she presented an award from her home.
Union stood before a mirror applying makeup when she started dropping verses dedicated to the popular HBO program, "Insecure" which is created by Issa Rae.
As her freestyle edged towards a close, Wade staggers in and commends the program for seeing it fit to show "the boys' booties," speaking of the male nudity displayed on "Insecure."
This year's Emmy Award ceremony was a no-audience event. It was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and held at LA's Staples Center. Award winners accepted their awards virtually from the safety of their homes to adhere to California's social distancing regulations.
