Meet the 12-Year-Old Genius Who Is Now a College Sophomore Majoring in Aerospace Engineering
Caleb Anderson, a 12-year-old genius, is already a university undergraduate at Chattahoochee Technical College. At such a young age, the little boy has dreams of going to space one day.
Like many other 12-year-olds around the world, Caleb Anderson enjoys playing video games, watching Netflix, and doing many other fun things. However, this little boy is also quite different from others his age.
In a video shared on YouTube, Caleb and his parents, Claire and Kobi Anderson, paid a visit to Chattahoochee Technical College where he is majoring in Aerospace Engineering.

The clip featured a voiceover explaining that Caleb started reading words when he was just one. By age two, he knew sign language and could do fractions. While speaking, Caleb explained that what makes him different from other people is how fast he can grasp things. He added:
"If I learn things faster, that means I can be ahead."

During an interview with USA Today, Caleb revealed that his favorite subject is math. He added that he had always wanted to go to space and, as such, figured that aerospace engineering is the best choice for him.
Caleb's mom, Claire, explained that she realized her son was special right from when he was a toddler. According to her, when Caleb was in middle school, he never really studied for tests because he knew most of the material.
In 2017, a 14-year-old boy who majored in physics graduated from Texas Christian University, making him the youngest person to ever graduate from the college.
Though Claire and her husband Kobi understand that Caleb is gifted, they acknowledge that his intelligence sometimes makes it difficult for their little boy to make friends.
Consequently, Claire is focused on helping her son learn about other aspects of life like compassion, kindness, and how to see the best in people.
When asked what advice they have for parents, Kobi explained that parents should accept their kids for who they are and raise them that way.
Caleb's story is not the first time a whiz kid is making groundbreaking records. In 2017, a 14-year-old boy who majored in physics graduated from Texas Christian University, making him the youngest person to ever graduate from the college.
The boy named Carson Huey-You began his studies at the University in 2013 when he was only 11. He also bagged a minor in Chinese and math. Also, in 2015, a British Nigerian girl named Esther Okade made headlines when she enrolled in college at the age of 10.
Just Like Caleb, the little girl had big dreams, which included owning a bank at the age of 15. Without a doubt, these kids will go on to bring all of their plans to reality.
