The beautiful "Empire" star wore a pair of cute glasses and held her waist with her left hand as she struck a pose. The search for the hidden cat began as fans started giving possible answers. A fan said:
"The real cat is under the bed, there is a statue of one on the nightstand."
Sidibe immediately replied to this fan and said he had a good eye. Even after this answer, she had over 700 other comments from her excited fans.
Another riddle enthusiast said in the comment section that she was a cat enthusiast and had spotted the cat immediately. She also added that she saved a cat from the cold just the day before.
After the star's 30 years-long fight with depression, anxiety, bulimia, and self-love, she confessed that she now finally loves her body at age 36.
After Sidibe zoomed into fame with her Oscar-nominated film "Precious" in 2009, her battle with weight loss became public knowledge, but she received a wave of support from her fans on social media.
In May 2016, the 36-year-old star underwent a laparoscopic bariatric surgery to reduce her stomach size. This sped up her weight loss with impressive results.
Like Sidibe wrote in her book, "This Is Just My Face: Try Not To Stare," it took her years to realize that she was born beautiful and to embrace her natural look. She added that she got the surgery done so she could walk easily on heels, do cartwheels, and enjoy her walk on staircases.

The actress is on a joyride as she spent the quarantine period with her boyfriend, Brandon Frankel, who she started dating sometime in 2019. The duo spent half of the pandemic together in Chicago with their cat, Aaron.
The news of their relationship started to circulate late last year, but the star only became open about it a few months later. She shared that she had to learn to love again after suffering various rejections.
Frankel also went public last year and referred to Sidibe as his queen, and the "Antebellum" actress made it clear that her boyfriend was very special to her.
