Chrissy Teigen Has an Older Sister — Meet Tina Teigen

Chrissy Teigen is arguably one of today's most popular television personalities. But unknown to many, the doting wife of singer John Legend has a sister.

According to Distractify, Chrissy Teigen has a half-sister named Tina Teigen. Unlike her sister, who was also one of the highest-paid models, Tina prefers to live away from the spotlight.

She was born before Chrissy's mother, Vilailuck, who also goes by the name Pepper, married her father, Ron Teigen Sr. Scroll below to learn more about Tina.

A GREAT COOK

The world first found out Chrissy had a sister when she was taking a shot at her cookbook, titled "Cravings: Hungry for More." At the time, Chrissy took to Twitter and wrote in now-deleted tweets:

"Hour 4 of my high sister making nam khao rice for the book.' How long does this normally take?' Tina: 'Like 5 mins'."

Award-winning singer Cher then replied to Teigen's tweets, writing: "I wanna be friends with your sister." Cher's response made quite an impression with Twitter users.

SHE APPEARED ON 'CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD'

Chrissy announced in February 2019 that she was bringing her mother Vilailuck and sister Tina to compete on her "Celebrity Family Feud" team.

In June 2019, Chrissy appeared on the popular game show along with her mother, Tina, husband Legend, and Ron Stephens, Legend's older brother.

A DOTING MOTHER

In 2014, Tina tied the knot with motivational speaker Corey Speaks. However, the pair have since divorced. They share one child together, daughter Pasha.

Tina and Corey, who live just across the street from one another in Vegas, are co-parenting Pasha. Apparently, the former couple prioritizes raising their precious bundle of joy together.

Meanwhile, fans were shocked when Tina's father, Ronald, filed for divorce from Chrissy's mom, Vilailuck, in Los Angeles in 2019, as reported by E! News.

TIGHT MOTHER-DAUGHTER BOND

Vilailuck is very close to her daughter Chrissy. The model occasionally shares photos with her mom on her social media pages. In August 2019, Chrissy posted a throwback snap on Instagram that shows her posing with Vilailuck.

The model's facial expression in the photo is what her daughter, Luna, makes constantly. Even though Chrissy is quite successful with her career and has a happy family now, life has not been perfect for the model.

She also had some dark days. For instance, when Vilailuck became depressed after her parents' death, Chrissy shared that she felt she had also lost her own mother.

Although they are very close now, Chrissy explained the anxiety she experienced at the time makes it unbearable for her to remember those depressing days.
