ET: DWTS' Gleb Savchenko Responds to Wife Elena's Cheating Allegations

“Dancing with the Stars” pro dancer Gleb Savchenko is clearing the air following his wife Elena Samodanova’s cheating allegations shortly after they announced their split after 14 years of marriage.

After more than a decade of marriage, dancer couple Gleb Savchenko and wife Elena Samodanova called it quits on Friday, November 6, after which Samodanova came out to accuse the “DWTS” pro of being unfaithful during their marriage.

In a statement to ET Online, Samodanova, who shares two daughters with Savchenko, revealed that the dancer had multiple affairs. She noted that their several joint business ventures weren’t enough to keep them together.

The mother-of-two mentioned that her husband was involved in ongoing infidelity while she also stated that it was Savchenko’s latest affair that tore their family apart for good.

Savchenko admitted that he and Samodanova have had long-standing issues in their union, and the news of their split came at the wrong time.

Samodanova concluded that her trust in Savchenko is broken, and she chose to walk away with their daughters Olivia and Zlata, but she had initially added emphatically:

“No wife should ever stand by and watch while another woman gifts her husband expensive presents, lures him out to dinners, and seduces him at every turn.”

The 37-year-old dancer has, however, denied Samodanova’s claims, revealing that her remarks are entirely false. He also addressed the rumors of an affair with Chrishell Stause being the breaking point for his marriage to Samodanova. In his words:

“My relationship with Chrishell was and remains strictly platonic. Our friendship during our season on DWTS was not the reason for our split.”

Savchenko admitted that he and Samodanova have had long-standing issues in their union, and the news of their split came at the wrong time. He expressed his regret at his wife spreading such rumors despite their decision to keep their lives private.

Stause, who partnered with Savchenko in season 29 of “Dancing with the Stars” and stayed on for eight weeks before their elimination on November 2, also cleared the air about her relationship with the dancer.

Shortly after the news of Savchenko and Samodanova separation surfaced, the “Selling Sunset” star took to her Instagram story to address the rumors in a lengthy post. She explained that the news of their split saddened her, but it was unfortunate that it has fueled rumors about her.

Stause referenced her recent split from “This Is Us” star Justin Hartley, saying that she wouldn’t wish anyone to go through the pain of ending a relationship like she did.

However, the “All My Children” star mentioned that she and Savchenko formed a close bond and supportive friendship during their long hours of rehearsals, but it never became more than that. Her representatives also reiterated her comments, maintaining that Stause had nothing to do with Savchenko and Samodanova’s split.
