Fantasia's Son Dallas Looks like Mom as He Learns to Fish with Friends — See the Snaps

Fantasia Barrino posted new pictures of her son Dallas, showing the uncanny resemblance between them. The eight-year-old was fishing with his friends and appeared to be having a lot of fun.

Fantasia Barrino shared new photos of her eight-year-old son Dallas Xavier learning to fish with his friends, and undoubtedly, the young boy is a replica of his mom.

In the photos, Dallas donned a black hoodie with matching pants while holding a fishing hook. To match his outfit, the young boy opted for a pair of flip flops.

The first picture saw Dallas looking away from the camera as though he was talking to someone. The next image captured him flashing a charming smile while waving.

The last image captured some of Dallas's friends standing by the lakeside donning casual outfits while casting hooks into the river. Barrino accompanied the photo by writing:

Barrino welcomed Dallas in December 2011. While speaking at the time, the singer admitted that she felt blessed for the new addition to her family.

The singer reportedly birthed Dallas with a man named Antwaun Cook, who was still legally married to another woman when he was in a relationship with Barrino.

In addition to Dallas, Barrino is also a mother to an older daughter, Zion Quari.

Despite the controversy surrounding Barrino's baby daddy, the singer later managed to develop a great relationship with Cook and his wife, Paula.

In 2014, Barrino explained that she was grateful for the better relationship with the couple. The singer also expressed gratitude for the incredible bond Dallas had developed with his father.

In addition to Dallas, Barrino is also a mother to an older daughter, Zion Quari, whom the singer welcomed in 2001 when she was only 17.

With Zion's father out of the picture, Barrino was left with the real responsibility of raising her little girl, and like most single mothers, the experience proved difficult. The singer has, however, turned her life around.

Today, Barrino is married to Kendall Taylor, a successful businessman whom she has continuously thanked God for. The couple tied the knot in 2015 and have been waxing stronger ever since.

Barrino reportedly once gushed about Taylor, explaining that she believes he was God's gift to her. The singer revealed that she had always wanted true love, and Taylor gave her that.

It is, therefore, not surprising that Barrino's first priority would be her family. In 2019, the singer explained that her first ministry and commitment is to her husband and kids.

Barrino explained that being a mother to her children is always a top priority because she never wanted them to feel she was not there for them while growing.

Today, despite her busy schedule and successful career, Barrino puts her family first and will do anything for Dallas and Zion, who are, undoubtedly, the center of her world.
