Target Is Offering Black Friday Deals throughout November — Read for More Details
America's 2nd largest retailer, Target, has embraced the Black Friday concept and transformed it into a month-long shopping fest.
Target is determined to give its customers that same old Black Friday thrill in 2020, pandemic or no pandemic, and in order to do it safely it has made a few surprising changes that are sure to please every single one of them.
To start with, this year Black Friday started on November 1 and will extend until November 30. That's a whole glorious month of shopping at those crazy prices, and that's only the beginning.
"BLACK FRIDAY NOW"
Target has announced its bargains and when they will be available a month ahead of time, so shoppers can plan their purchases safely. No more crazy crowds rushing at the door -- this year Black Friday is COVID-19 conscious.
And to make their month-long shopping spree even more enticing, Target has instituted a Price Match Guarantee which means that even if you do you shopping ahead of the traditional BF on November 27, you'll still get the best price ever.
Back in the 50s when the Friday after Thanksgiving was marked as a special bargains day to get in all that extra shopping for Christmas
In order to circumvent the rush and the crush of thousands of customers on one single day, Target is offering Black Friday prices on ranges of products that last for an entire week. Target's executive vice president and chief merchandising officer, Christina Hennington explained:
“By offering a preview of our Black Friday Now deals for the entire month of November and extending our Price Match Guarantee, we’re taking the guesswork out of holiday shopping and making Target the easiest place to get the best deals."
To make shopping even safer and easier, Target also offers all customers the possibility of using their Drive Up and Order Pickup services, or have their Black Friday delivered on the same day with Shipt.
Buyers don't have to be members of a buyers club, they log into Target online, fill up their shopping cart and drive up and collect their goodies, or pay online and have them delivered, without even entering the stores.
SHOP TILL YOU DROP
Target has announced the special prices for the first week of November will be on Electronics, everything from state-of-the-art phones to televisions, with extra goodies on sale on Saturday and Sunday.
From November 8 to 14 Target shoppers can indulge their passion for cooking with massive savings on kitchen goodies, and from November 15 to 22, it's all about fashion and beauty.
THE NEW BLACK FRIDAY
From November the 22 to the end of the month, customers will be able to buy items at massive discounts in toys, kitchen, floor care, and electronics, Target has revealed, including video games and consoles.
From its humble beginning back in the 50s when the Friday after Thanksgiving was marked as a special bargains day to get in all that extra shopping for Christmas, Black Friday has become the biggest shopping event of the year -- and now it lasts all month, in Target's 1800 stores.
