John Travolta Shows Rare Photo of Son Ben on His 10th Birthday — See the Actor's Youngest Child

Hollywood icon John Travolta was all about his young son, Ben as he celebrated the youngster who recently turned ten years old. John commemorated the big day with a rarely seen image of the celebrant.

“Face Off” star actor John Travolta is grateful that his young son Ben has hit his preteen years and he took to Instagram to share a heartwarming birthday shout out to the celebrant.

In his post, Travolta attached a rare father-son snapshot of himself and Ben photographed in a spontaneous and fun-filled moment. The star dad rocked a black shirt and a huge smile while he hugged Ben from behind.

Ben looked adorable in a red tank top while his blonde waves were neatly brushed and parted at one side. The birthday boy presented a big smile similar to his dad’s as they warmed the timeline. Travolta wrote in his caption:

“Happy 10th birthday to my wonderful Ben! I love you!”

Fans racked up over seven thousand comments gushing over the pair and putting up birthday wishes and prayers on the timeline. Ben is the youngest son of award-winning star and his late wife, Kelly Preston.

The “Grease” actor was devastated when Preston passed in July following her battle with breast cancer. The following month, he and his grown daughter were filmed tributing a dance to Preston.

On her post-humous 58th birthday, the “Hairspray” star has another warm tribute up on Instagram. He uploaded a collage photo of him and the "Gotti" actress on their wedding day alongside one of his parents.

Travolta’s family see young Ben as a blessing to their beautiful household. This is because he arrived at a time when the family was healing from a painful loss. In 2009, Preston and her spouse mourned the death of their 16-year-old son, Jett, who died after hitting his head on a bathtub.

At the time, the family was on vacation when Jett had a seizure and never recovered from it. Once speaking about the sad development the 66-year-old noted that Ben’s birth helped the family heal from the trauma.

"The Saturday Night Fever" actor further added that the family’s bond grew stronger, describing the youngster as a "beautiful kind of glue" who has held the family together after a heartbreaking loss.
