The actress and model joined this season of the show after the departure of the previous hosts. She has really added her personal touch to each show.

44-year-old Tyra Banks is an actress, model, businesswoman, and producer who came to join the cast of the popular show "Dancing With The Stars." She started out as the only host of the show this September.

Banks has brought a change to the way the show is done, including the way some things are done. With wardrobe changes (up to two per episode) the host has been accused of wanting to steal all the lights and visibility for herself and not for the competitors.

But she claims that she going to misses “Dancing With The Stars,” because now she has to wait for the next season to start to be on the air again.

Banks wrote on Instagram: "I’m already missing all the dance, the glitz, and the glam, and getting to play dress-up each and every week! This first dress from finale night had me feelin’ like I was about to float away like a cloud (and trip on the stairs!!!) Already can’t wait until next season…”

Bank has created, produced, hosted, and directed the show "American Next Top Model," for several seasons. She also hosted the show "America Got Talent."

She is also an important and creative businesswoman, which adds to her experience as a host. However, that does not prevent her from getting nervous or from simply acting like a human being, with flaws and virtues.

The new host has explained that she wholeheartedly wishes to be the best host and executive producer that she can be. This is why he values the legacy left by the previous hosts, it is an empty position in the hearts of the fans, difficult to fill.

The show has been on the air uninterruptedly since its inception, and this 29th season has received countless reviews. In every post Banks does on Instagram they are there, but she doesn't freak out or give up easily.

In addition to being criticized for her changes of clothes, some comments have also been about the mistakes that the host has made during the show. She has calmly defended herself from her critics.

Banks has said that live TV is like that, with mistakes being a natural part of it. That gives spontaneity to the show, which she doesn't want to be perfect.

At the end of the previous season, the television network producing the show announced that the collaboration with the two previous co-hosts: Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews had ended.

Sadly, the news of the departure of the beloved hosts did not sit well with many fans of the show. And when they learned that Banks would be in the place of hosting the program, the networks exploded with comments not so flattering.
