The Oscar-winning actress attended a mother-daughter brunch at Spelman College in Atlanta with Zahara. The event also brought together "Real Housewives of Potomac" star Gizelle Bryant and her daughter Angel, who attends the college.

Hosted by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the gathering celebrated family bonds. Zahara, 21, and Angel, 20, are both members, making the moment especially meaningful.

Yet behind the viral moment, a more personal story unfolded. During the event, Zahara delivered a heartfelt tribute, saying, "She's the most selfless, loving and understanding woman who I get to call my mom... I'm a strong woman because a strong woman raised me."

Zahara and Angelina's appearance at the Spelman brunch was one of several moments highlighting their close bond.

Back in November 2024, Zahara also made it clear how connected she was to her mother, amid ongoing public interest in her relationship with her father, Brad Pitt.

Zahara Seemingly Drops Last Name

As reported previously, Zahara, who is Brad and Aneglina's eldest daughter, embarked on a new chapter in her life as an official member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha organization at Spelman College in Atlanta. This also came with a notable drop of the name "Pitt."
