Knox Jolie-Pitt Sparks Reactions Over Graduation Speech
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son marked a major milestone, with his family proudly watching from the crowd. But it was one unexpected moment during his graduation speech that quickly stole attention — and it wasn't about receiving his diploma.
The 17-year-old son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt appeared to have a packed schedule on graduation day. What began as a celebration of academic achievement soon turned into a conversation that had some people applauding, while others questioned whether he had crossed a line.

A Graduation Day With More Than One Big Event
According to People, Knox recently graduated from high school in Los Angeles, with Angelina proudly cheering him on from the audience.
The outlet reported that the teenager addressed fellow graduates during the ceremony and revealed he had another major event planned for later that night.
At first, the speech seemed like a typical graduation moment. Then Knox revealed what he had planned for later that night

The Remark That Had People Talking
While addressing the crowd, Knox announced that graduation wouldn't be the only major event on his schedule that day. He revealed he would be competing at Total Sonic Knockout 5 at 12:45 AM. Organizers described the combat sport as a hybrid fight and rave experience.
The "Kung Fu Panda 3" actor added:
"So catch me, I'm gonna knock him the [expletive] out. Let's go!"
For some viewers, the comment felt like a bold display of confidence from a teenager preparing for a fight just hours after graduation.

Others were less impressed. One commenter wrote, "His grad speech was not appropriate! So sick of the language that is deemed acceptable by our youth!"
The criticism quickly spread across social media, with some viewers arguing that a graduation ceremony was not the place for that kind of language.
From Graduation Stage to the Fight Ring
If the speech generated attention, the photos that surfaced later only added to the conversation. Just hours after graduation, Knox traded his cap and gown for fight gloves and stepped into the ring for a Muay Thai competition. Photos showed him exchanging punches and kicks with an opponent as spectators watched from ringside.
The images offered a striking contrast to the graduation scenes from earlier in the day, showing the teen trading formal attire for fight gear within hours.
The Comparisons Nobody Saw Coming
As photos from the fight circulated online, some viewers focused less on the match itself and more on who Knox reminded them of. One commenter summed up the reaction with a short but eye-catching observation: "Fight Club... like Daddy 🔥"
The comparison referenced his father's famous role in the 1999 film "Fight Club" and quickly became one of the most-discussed reactions to the photos. Others focused on Knox's resemblance to his parents. "Genes ridiculous 🔥," another commenter wrote.
A Passion That Didn't Appear Overnight
Knox's involvement in Muay Thai is not a new development. According to TMZ, he previously competed in the IKF Point Muay Thai Technical event in Los Angeles and won during his birthday weekend.
Video from that competition showed him landing punches and kicks before ultimately taking home a medal. Angelina and Knox's twin sister, Vivienne, were reportedly there to support him from the crowd, while the teenager posed afterward with his award and coaches.
The victory further highlighted what appears to be a growing commitment to the sport.
A Family Used to Following Different Passions
Knox and Vivienne are the youngest of the six children shared by Angelina and Brad. Their siblings include Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh, each of whom has pursued different interests over the years. While Knox has developed a passion for combat sports, Shiloh has previously drawn attention for her dedication to dance.
Within a few hours, Knox Jolie-Pitt went from delivering a graduation speech to stepping into a Muay Thai ring. While the diploma marked one milestone, it was his bold promise to "knock 'em the [expletive] out" and the fight that followed that kept social media buzzing.
