Dylan Dreyer of 'Today' Shares Cute Video of Kids and Husband and They All Look So Happy
During the week, “Today” co-host Dylan Dreyer shared the most adorable video of her family. In it, she took the time to wish her husband, Brian Fichera a happy birthday.
Dylan Dreyer’s husband Brian Fichera celebrated his 34th birthday on December 2, 2020. She celebrated the cameraman and technician’s special day with the cutest Instagram video post.
In the clip, Fichera was seen lying on a blanket playing happily with their two children. The technician and his wife are parents to boy children Calvin, 3, and Oliver, 11-months-old.

The oldest child was born on December 17, 2014, while the newest addition came on January 2, 2020. In the caption of the post, Dreyer, 39, confessed that she wasn’t a cameraman but noted:
“This video captures the joy you bring to this family every single day.”
She continued her post by wishing her husband a happy birthday and welcomed him to his mid-30s. The meteorologist also noted how proud she was that their children got him to look up to.
Fichera also celebrated his special day with a post on his own Instagram account. He shared a video of himself playing "Happy Birthday" on the piano in honor of the big day.
Dreyer and Fichera initially met each other while they both worked the morning shift at the WHDH station in Boston, Massachusetts. All along, the co-host had thought Fichera’s name was Tom and this became an inside joke for them.
A few years later, Fichera was hosting a party at his house and that’s where Dreyer realized she’d fallen for him.
They began calling each other by wrong names whenever they crossed paths. The more work they had, the more they hung out together in the weather center with their mutual friend Todd.
The trio ended up seeing each other outside of work and they began to get close. A few years later, Fichera was hosting a party at his house and that’s where Dreyer realized she’d fallen for him.
The technician ended up proposing in July 2011 on the front porch of his parent’s house. He proposed with décor that included roses and two glasses of champagne that made his plan a dead giveaway.
In October 2012, the couple got married at The Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston. It was also around the same time that the meteorologist signed up for the weekend edition of the “Today” show.
Dreyer was originally from New Jersey as she was born in the city of Manalapan. She graduated in 2003 from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in meteorology to start her career.
