Brian Austin Green Requests Joint Custody of 3 Sons with Megan Fox in His Divorce Filing
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green made headlines in late-November after both of them filed for divorce, the first step to ending their ten-year marriage.
In May 2020, the “Transformers” actress was spotted with singer Machine Gun Kelly. Soon later, Green revealed in his podcast “…With Brian Austin Green” that he and Fox were no longer together.
Kelly and Fox’s romance has already been confirmed. The two worked together in “Midnight in the Switchgrass,” and Green is reportedly struggling to accept her new relationship.

FOX AND GREEN’S DIVORCE
On the day before Thanksgiving, both Fox and Green filed a petition for divorce. According to People, Green requested joint legal and physical custody of his and Fox’s three sons.
Apart from that, Green has not requested any child support payments. Instead, he asked for spousal support, something that Fox is allegedly asking, as well.
It is not the first time that Fox and Green have gone through a divorce. The former couple met on the set of “Hope & Faith” in 2004, and after dating for two years, they got engaged.
In February 2009, two years later, they called things off. However, they got engaged the following year again and walked down the aisle in June 2010.
Fox and Kelly really hit it off as they have been spotted all over LA.
Unfortunately, things got complicated along the way, and Fox filed for divorce. At that point, their two eldest sons, Noah and Bodhi, had already joined the family.
Despite their separation, Fox got pregnant with their third son, Journey, so they reconciled in 2016. The actress dismissed the original divorce petition in April 2019.
FOX AND GREEN’S PARENTING STYLE
Speaking of Fox and Green’s children, the actor shared some details of his and Fox’s parenting style during an interview in “Ever After with Jaleel White” recorded in early 2020.
Green used a basketball analogy to explain that the former couple was good at man-to-man defense when they had just two kids. However, they switched to “zone” when Journey was born.
The actor seemed confident about it, too, claiming that they had things “covered” with their kids. Sadly, that strategy wasn’t good enough to keep their relationship going.
At the moment, it is still unclear how long the process will take. One thing is sure: Fox and Kelly really hit it off as they have been spotted all over LA, and she starred in one of his music videos.
