CNN's Don Lemon is getting into the Christmas spirit and for a great cause. See the special wreath he made for a charity auction that is amusing and touching at the same time.
Some might say when life gives you lemons, you make lemonades, but Don Lemon got extra creative with them. The CNN host added them to a beautiful wreath he made for a noble cause.
In an Instagram post, Lemon shared a snapshot of the wreath which was decorated with big lemons. A decorative red cloth spiraled over it, giving it a Christmas vibe.
WREATH FOR A CAUSE
Lemon designed it with the help of his fiancé, Tim Malone, for Wölffer Estate Vineyard's Lighting of the Vines Charity Auction that chose The Center as the recipient of proceeds.
The proceeds will go to Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center, a nonprofit that provides child care, meals, and after-school programs to working families.
LEMON'S WEDDING PLANS
Lemon and Malone are celebrating Christmas together this year. The duo has been happily engaged since 2019, and so far, they have not revealed their plans to get married.
Fans cannot wait to see Lemon's drunken antics this year.
In a 2019 interview with People, Lemon shared he and Malone are in no rush to walk down the aisle. Talking about how he was not obsessive about it, he said:
"I’m just trying to enjoy this moment of bliss. And then, whenever we get married, we get married."
HIS DRUNKEN ON-AIR ANTICS
This season reminds the CNN host's fans of his drunken New Year shenanigans. Before he met his fiancé, a hilariously drunk Lemon had said that he was open to date during a live 2016 New Year's Eve broadcast.
The same year, he met Malone in New York, and just like that, he found his soulmate. In the 2017 New Year's broadcast, he let the world know that he had found love.
The couple shared a memorable on-screen kiss during CNN's New Year's Eve special broadcast the following year. Lemon's 2019 drunken on-air appearance was no less special and involved a cute puppy.
Fans cannot wait to see Lemon's drunken antics this year. The celebrations might look a little different, but it is bound to be memorable if he decides to have fun during the job.
