Check Out Cindy Crawford, 54, Showing off Her Stunning Figure in This New Instagram Video

At 54, one of the original supermodels, Cindy Crawford, still has an amazing figure, and she gave fans a glimpse into how she keeps her body so shapely and toned in a new video.

Cindy Crawford, who took the modeling world by storm during the 90s, looked gorgeous in her new "motivation Monday" video, as she shared a glimpse into her workout routine.

Once famously married to Richard Gere, the 54-year-old is now wed to Rande Gerber, with whom she shares two children. Then her modeling career slowed down. Even so, she appeared on more than 500 magazine covers.

THE WORKOUT UPDATE

Ringing in the start of a new week, Crawford shared some Monday motivation with a workout clip that showed the supermodel doing sit-ups comfortably dressed in dark Capri leggings and a white racerback top.

As the camera showed Crawford receiving guidance from an unidentified man, it panned past Crawford hard at work to show the deck just outside the door with a stunning view of the ocean. Alongside the short clip, she wrote:

"Monday motivation. Boxing day with @agourahillswck ??@RandeGerber."

THE DRAWBACKS OF AGE

During a previous interview, Crawford said that the main drawbacks she experiences with aging are not being able to look her best without much fuss and realizing how much time has gone by since the '90s, as she added:

“The idea of turning 50 was daunting. “For so long I was the 20-year-old model on the cover of Vogue, or 25 or 30—and then all of a sudden my daughter is becoming that.”

MORE THAN A PRETTY FACE

Even so, Crawford remains a beautiful woman, who even had Prince William crush on her during his teenage years. When William turned 13, Princess Diana invited Crawford to his birthday party so the royal could meet his crush.

She is also the spitting image of the famous supermodel.

But Crawford has beauty and brains. Before she made it big as a model, Crawford was a diligent student who received a scholarship to Northwestern University, where she studied chemical engineering.

LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER

Cindy Crawford has a son Presley, and a 19-year-old daughter Kaia Gerber, who follows in her mother's modeling footsteps, but she is also the spitting image of the famous supermodel.

Kaia started modeling at the age of ten, and she signed with IMG Models three years later. Now, Kaia works for big names including Chanel, Burberry, Marc Jacobs Beauty, and Prada.
