The "Vogue" crooner bared it all to her followers as she showed a huge scar on her upper left thigh and red cupping marks all over her legs due to the alternative therapy of using heated cups on her recovery journey.

The picture prompted speculations from fans who believed that Madonna had a hip replacement surgery.

Her toned arms were there for all to see as she held her phone to cover her face. Madonna accessorized with a colorful bead necklace and an array of bracelets adorning her hands.

Fans may recall that the seven-time Grammy Award-winner canceled her 2019 Madame X tour in North America due to severe injuries she suffered in her knees and hips. In a statement, Madonna revealed that she was in tears from the wounds' pain.

This isn't the first time the singer has shown her the scars on her thighs to the world. In November, the "La Isla Bonita" songster gave fans a glimpse of a mark on her right hip.
