As Aguilera moved across the stage, the metallic details of her outfit reflected the changing lights, while chain embellishments around her hips swayed with each step. The video also showed moments when she performed without the long gloves seen in some of the concert photos, making the outfit's details more noticeable.

Social Media Users Shared Mixed Reactions

On Instagram, a netizen said, "Am I the only one not liking this?! She looks like a doll. Not like a doll 💅🏼, but her face doesn't move at all." Another viewer wrote, "She looks good but we all know she's done a lot of facial surgery."

One commenter shared, "It's really weird to me she's always wearing a skin tone leotard over everything. What is she hiding?!" Another commented, "hope she is fine, don't know why she covered up her arms with skin coloured sleeves but I hope its nothing serious."

Not every reaction was critical. One Instagram commenter defended Aguilera by writing, "If you look closer she's wearing a long sleeve body suit. A Plastic Surgeon Shared His Professional Opinion

In a May 2024 YouTube video, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Gary Linkov shared his professional opinion on changes he believed he observed in Aguilera's facial features.

Linkov, who is double board-certified by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, emphasized that his analysis was based on publicly available photos and videos and was not confirmed by Aguilera.

Discussing what he believed may have changed, Linkov said, "In Christina's case, you can see the effects of Ozempic face. You can see it in her temples, you can see it in the orbits and in the cheeks. Everything just looks much thinner, and there's a loss of that natural fat."

Linkov also suggested that Aguilera may have used hyaluronidase, an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid fillers, to remove some of her older facial fillers. He said doing so could have significantly changed the overall appearance of her face by reducing facial volume and altering its contours.

Looking at more recent images, Linkov said the area around Aguilera's lips appeared to show the greatest difference.

"So, now, when we compare back to Christina and her 20s, what we see is that the upper face and the mid-face are quite similar, but the lower face looks very different, and I believe that's primarily because of the lip area," he noted.

He observed that there had been "a huge change" from Aguilera's original lips to how they look now. Linkov said he believes the difference is mostly the result of lip filler, as well as the way she overlines her upper lip.

Linkov added that lips can continue to appear fuller even after filler has been dissolved, comparing them to a balloon that remains stretched after the water is removed. Based on the procedures he discussed, he estimated their potential cost at approximately $285,000.

Aguilera Has Addressed Cosmetic Injectables Herself

Aguilera has also spoken publicly about cosmetic injectables, her evolving stage image, and the pressure women face over their looks.

In a March 2023 interview with Allure, the Grammy winner said she believes cosmetic treatments are a personal choice and that people should be free to make decisions about their appearance without fear of judgment.

"I think it's great to share and to be honest and open about what you're doing — in your comfort zone, of course," Aguilera said. "I've always been a pretty open book about embracing my body, my looks, and things like that."

She added, "I think to each their own, and I think we all do what's right for us, so I don't believe in judgment where that's concerned whatsoever."
