Chrishell Stause Breaks Her Silence over Criticism That Trailed Christmas Family Photo
Chrishell Stause, who stars on "Selling Sunset," responded to criticism she received in relation to the pictures she posted of her family holiday get-together with boyfriend Keo Motsepe.
Chrishell Stause shared a post on Instagram on December 25, informing her two million followers that Keo Motsepe had come home for the holidays to meet her family.
The star later had to adjust her caption to address the comments criticizing her for traveling in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and traveling with a group of nine.

"To those bringing up Covid concerns, I understand and agree this was not a good use of my platform," Stause wrote, adding that she usually tries to be responsible with her posts.
Stause continued to say that she can see how this may be an issue for some people. The actress pointed out that she understands they might not agree.
"This is my immediate family and we all are able to test before and after," she explained. "This is the first Christmas without our mom we felt important to be there for each other in a tough year."
On December 3, they made their relationship public after initially keeping it off the radar.
Stause concluded that Motsepe brings such happy experiences. She also advised fans to stay safe. The star then sent all her love to supporters and critics.
Stause, who gained fame for portraying Amanda Dillon in the soap opera "All My Children," decided to change the photo caption after some of her followers criticized her holiday get-together.
One person told the actress to be mindful of her platform and to not be showing large family gatherings in this time of COVID-19 pandemic because it could make other people think it's alright.
On December 3, they made their relationship public after initially keeping it off the radar. Motsepe uploaded a picture announcing their love on Instagram.

Stause, whose previous marriage was to actor Justin Hartley, said that Motsepe initiated the relationship, asking her out while she was partnered with Gleb Savchenko on "Dancing with the Stars."
According to Stause, it was at Motsepe's 31st birthday party in November that she and Motsepe realized it was becoming difficult to keep silent about their relationship with their friends.
