Everyone knows that actress Carol "Niecy" Nash and her two daughters are complete lookalikes, but a recent snap proved that all three women got their looks from her mom, Margaret Ensley.

The pic, which Nash captioned, " Mi Familia," showed Ensley flanked by her two granddaughters, Dia and Donielle Nash, who the "Claws" actress shares with her ex-husband Don Nash.

In the snap, Ensley was pictured seated in a baby blue shirt and black pants while her granddaughters, Dia and Donielle, stood behind her. All three women held a beautiful multicolored bouquet.

Dia, who wore her long curly hair down, playfully stuck her tongue out at the camera while Donielle posed with a cute pout on her face. One of the ladies photobombed their unsuspecting grandma with two fingers behind her head.

LEANING INTO FAITH

The picture of the three women was a powerful one considering Ensley's amazing survival and recovery after her then-boyfriend shot her in the back when Nash was only 15 years old.

[Nash] defended her decision and clarified that her marriage had nothing to do with gender.

Eight years later, the family suffered another tragedy at the barrel of a gun when Nash's younger brother was shot to death. The actress said the two incidents taught her the power of prayer as she and Ensley relied on their faith for healing.

FINDING STRENGTH AMID A TOUGH YEAR

2020 proved challenging for Nash as she was faced with difficult decisions regarding her life and career amid the coronavirus pandemic, which threatened her passion and career.

Fortunately, the actress had multiple projects that debuted during the pandemic, so she could take time out to rest and clear her mind. She told Hollywood Reporter:

"There is something to be said for taking a minute to sit down and be still, to check in with yourself so that you can be better in all of those other spaces."

In August 2020, Nash, 50, surprised the world when she announced that she and Jessica Betts, 48, had tied the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close family and friends.

The "Reno 911!" actress, who previously only dated men, defended her decision and clarified that her marriage had nothing to do with gender and was about the kind of person that Betts is.

HAPPILY EVER AFTER

Since saying "I do," Nash and Betts have been enjoying loving each other openly. The newlyweds recently spent their first Christmas holiday together, and the presents were phenomenal.

Betts gifted the "When They See Us" actress with a pair of dolls fashioned after the couple on their wedding day, while Nash reciprocated by buying Betts a brand new car.
