John Legend & Chrissy Teigen Spend Time With Their Kids in Washington DC — See the Cute Snap

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen posted adorable family pictures on Instagram capturing the beautiful moments they spent with their kids while in Washington DC on Wednesday.

John Legend and Chrissy Tiegen were DC-bound on Wednesday, and they tagged their adorable kids along. The pair shared pictures of them touring top spots in Washington, including the Washington Memorial.

The tight-knit group of four looked loved up, warm, and cozy dressed in coats and scarves as they went about their visit. The family was in DC to support John Legend as he was set to perform for the Inauguration.

Legend posted a picture of Tiegen planting a kiss on his cheek in front of the Lincoln Center's Lincoln statue. The couple also posted pictures of them and their children overlooking the Washington Monument.

Legend seemed overcome with emotion, captioning his pictures with a heart emoji and writing that he loved his family. Teigen followed up her pictures with a smile implying she was overwhelmed saying.

“I must have been gooooood in a past life.”

Tiegen, ever the style icon, sported short bobbed hair and was dressed head to toe in brilliant red, carrying a black handbag. John complemented her look with a tan coat and shoes with black pants and a scarf.

Their children Luna Simone, 4, and Miles Theodore, 2, wore white and navy blue outfits. The trip seems to be a happy event for the family to spend time with one another after the couple lost their child Jack at 20 weeks.

Teigen admitted that she had been drinking, not sleeping, and feeling terrible by 6 pm.

Teigen announced her pregnancy to the world at the end of Legend’s “Wild” music video. In August last year, Teigen was put on bed rest due to a weak placenta and later hospitalized due to pregnancy complications.

Tiegen and Legend took to Instagram to break the unfortunate news. The pair shared the raw and honest picture of Teigen in hospital as she wept. In a heartbreaking post, Tiegen bared her soul, saying:

“Every day can't be full of sunshine. On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out.”

Teigen has since been trying to overcome her grief. At her therapist's request, the former model has been taking up horseriding to find something she enjoys doing just for herself.

In true Teigen fashion, the star found humor in the new activity as she struggled to try on her riding boots, which according to the star, were too hard to break into. Another new activity the star has undertaken is going sober.

Teigen admitted that she had been drinking, not sleeping, and feeling terrible by 6 pm in a sincere confession. The star decided to cut the habit on her birthday and has recently clocked two months of complete sobriety.

Tiegen, 35, and Legend, 42, have been married since 2013 after meeting on the set of Legend’s music video. Despite their child's loss, the two have been each other’s support and are determined to get through their loss.
