Rihanna recently took to Instagram, unafraid to show off her curves in a $295 retro dress accompanied by a hat and vintage Chanel sunglasses.
Rihanna could not have been any more confident as she posed for her Instagram two days ago, advertising a tie-dye dress for fashion brand Dannijo. Accessorizing the dress, she wore a "tie-dye bucket hat" as Bazaar put it, with green sunglasses and jade jewelry.
The caption read “jade in da shade” in obvious reference to the jade adornments as she leaned on the rocky background. The post attracted almost six million likes.
Of course, the comment section was ablaze. Fans of the singer were taken aback by the fashionista’s original look, sending fire and hearts all around.
Fashion Bomb Daily shared a picture of Rihanna in the same outfit, albeit in a different posture. The post reached almost two-thousand likes with comments flooding in, including from the fashion company, Dannijo, who wrote:
“The ultimate Dannijo girl.”
The songstress’s Instagram account is a testament to her fame with 90.7 million followers. Beyond Dannijo, Rihanna has used this social media platform to advertise many products, such as her most recent post, where she marketed her own cosmetics company, Fenty Skin.

According to the newspaper, Rihanna insinuated in a 2012 interview with Oprah Winfrey that she had made peace with the incident. The mogul went so far as to claim that the two were now friends.
