Fans Praise Steve Harvey as He Defies His Age Lifting Heavy Weights in a New Video
Steve Harvey shared a video on his Instagram page which showed him pushing dumbbells, earning praise from many of his fans who were impressed by his fitness at 64.
Steve Harvey is 64, but to him, that is just a number and not an excuse not to hit the gym for a workout session. On Tuesday, the TV personality shared a video with his fans on Instagram, showing him pushing dumbbells.
In the video, the comedian was clad in a dark gray sleeveless hoodie, which he wore over a long-sleeved sweatshirt. He matched his tops with black sweat pants and white-and-black sneakers.

Harvey wore white hand gloves and pushed two 50kg dumbbells on either of his hands. He managed to push the weights six times before stopping.
A gym instructor watched the 64-year-old while he pushed, counting along as he did. In the post's caption, the celebrated television show host wrote:
"I'm over here going crazy this morning!! #17percent."
Many of Harvey's fans were impressed and took turns to praise him in the post's comment section. One fan expressed surprise at the amount of weight he pushed and said his arms would be nice and sculpted.
Another fan shared a similar sentiment, while a third person commented with a surprised face and hands in the air emojis.
Last November, Harvey showed his philanthropic side when he shocked a Houston baker on the show with a holiday surprise.

Another of the comedian's followers hailed him, saying most guys could not do two reps with 60kg dumbbells, while a fifth person noted that he was "killing it."
Since entering into his 60s, Harvey has taken his health and fitness even more seriously. He vowed upon turning 60 that "60 is the new 40," a statement those who know his history understood.

In his 40s, Harvey was not eating healthily, and that, combined with his lack of exercise, meant that he became overweight. However, when he turned 50, he committed to a healthy lifestyle and has not looked back since.
Harvey is notable for hosting the television game show "Family Feud" and the 2015 edition of "Miss Universe." in January 2020, he debuted his Facebook Watch show, "STEVE on Watch."

The show's teaser showed him talking to an 82-year-old powerlifter who shared her experience with an intruder who broke into her home. Its early episodes also had rapper Rick Ross and astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson in attendance.
Last November, Harvey showed his philanthropic side when he shocked a Houston baker on the show with a holiday surprise to support his family and business.
The comedian is a father of seven children (four biological and three stepchildren), including Lori Harvey, who is her father's most popular child.
Lori has recently been in the news for her relationship with actor Michael B. Jordan. When Harvey was asked about his thoughts on the relationship, he said he liked their relationship but still has his eyes on Jordan.
That said, and going by Harvey's performance in the gym, Jordan knows better than to mess with his daughter.
