An insider relayed to TMZ that the "KUWTK" star earlier had the bouquets delivered to her home as part of an unreleased project in collaboration with celebrity florist Jeff Leatham.
Instead of having the eye-catching flowers discarded, she had them shipped off to the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital as an early Valentine's Day gift. The flowers were strewn out in the hospital.

All of these comes amid the on-going divorce drama going on between Kardashian and her third husband, Kanye West. She and West are parents to four kids and have been contemplating getting a divorce.
As it is, fans are expecting the TV personality's divorce proceedings to be aired on the last season of her reality show, "KUWTK." Some trailers have shown Kardashian tearfully expressing herself regarding the ensuing drama.
Towards the end of the year, Kardashian, 40, took some precious time off to spread love as she donated $500 to 100 people for the festive season. The star shared her take on the year 2020, noting that it was rather on a tough wave.
