Daily Joke: A Young Boy Loses His Contact Lens

A young boy named Billy lost his contact lens while he was busy playing basketball in the driveway. He stopped his game to search for the missing lens; however, he had no luck.

The young Billy searched for a short while but could not find it, so he eventually gave up looking. The boy's mother realized what he was searching for and decided to lend a helping hand.

She took over the search and found the lens within a couple of minutes. Her son Billy wanted to know how she had done it; after all, she would not always be there to help him with the search.

His mother looked at him and stated that they had not been looking for the same thing. The young boy was baffled, so she explained that while he had been looking for a small piece of plastic, she had been after the "$150" she knew it would cost them to replace it.

Here is another interesting joke: Little Johnny had an ear infection, so he had to join his mother on a visit to the pediatric clinic. On getting there, the pediatrician had a professional question and answer session for little Johny.

When the doctor asked little Johnny if there was anything he was allergic to, the young boy answered with a nod before whispering the answer into the man's ear.

The doctor could not help but smile as he wrote out a drug prescription he handed over to little Johnny's mother. The woman immediately folded the piece of paper into her purse without perusing the contents and left with her son.

At the pharmacy, the pharmacist filled the order and commented on little Johnny's weird food-drug interaction. The boy's mother looked totally lost until the man showed her the label on the bottle. Apparently, the doctor had instructed that the drug not be taken alongside broccoli.
