LisaRaye McCoy Shows Her Intense Workout & Admits She Still Likes Her Curves

LisaRaye McCoy has been on the road for a healthy life, and she's here to prove that anything is possible if one puts a focus on it. Take a look at her intense workout on Instagram.

"The Players Club" star LisaRaye McCoy seems determined to have an active lifestyle, and what better way to do so than to work out with her friends.

The 53-year-old actress and fashion designer took to the online platform to share a video clip of herself breaking a sweat with her friends Kia and Tharen Todd.

ACHIEVING A FIT BODY

McCoy shared that she had a good workout with Kia and her husband, Tharen, a fitness professional. Apart from working out inside a mini-gym, the "Single Ladies" star took it to the sidewalk.

McCoy looked serious in achieving a fit body. Amid her intense workout, the actress admitted that she still likes the shape of her body. She wrote in her post:

"I like my thickness just not in my face, so I'm trying to figure out the ratio here."

Many fans in the comment section expressed their thoughts. One user admired McCoy for her non-stop dedication to fitness. At the same time, another noted that her workout video was inspiring.

Despite her efforts in keeping her body fit, McCoy has yet to keep her relationship with her mother, Katie, and her 31-year-old daughter, Kai. McCoy shares Kai with ex Kenji Pace.

HER CONTROLLING ISSUES

In an interview with Iyanla Vanzant on "Iyanla, Fix My Life," the host told McCoy that she was controlling. If she wanted to repair her relationship with Katie and Kai, she had to change her behavior.

She also opened up about how Vanzant suggested she felt entitlement to know everything.

AN AWKWARD SITUATION

Other than Kai and Katie, McCoy seemed to have issues with her sister, rapper Da Brat. The rapper attempted to surprise her sister for her birthday on Fox Soul's "Cocktails With Queens."

The surprise turned out to be awkward as the audience learned that the sisters had not spoken for months. Da Brat had not told McCoy about her new relationship with Jesseca DuPart.

In a past interview, McCoy, who was linked to rapper Meek Hill, explained that she and Da Brat used to be open about everything. She also opened up about how Vanzant suggested she felt entitled to know everything.

She said she felt hurt that she was not the first person to know that Da Brat was in a relationship. Amid the misunderstanding, McCoy expressed she had missed her close bond with her sister.
