Janet Jackson Celebrates Her Big Brother Marlon Jackson's 64th Birthday with a Sweet Post
Grammy Award-winning singer Janet Jackson sent a sweet message to former Jackson 5 member Marlon on his birthday. Her brother looked youthful even at 64.
Janet Jackson is one of the music industry's timeless singers. While maintaining her star status, she has never forgotten the people she grew up with. She stays deeply connected with her siblings.
Before Janet became a music sensation, there was Jackson 5, consisting of her five older brothers. She recently took to Instagram to pay a birthday tribute to Marlon Jackson, one of her older siblings.

A TRIBUTE TO 'BIG BRO'
The 54-year-old songstress shared on the online platform an old picture of herself with Marlon, who used to play the tambourine for the Jackson 5. He turned 64 on March 12.
The duo were all smiles in the picture. The "Miss You Much" songstress wore a black turtle neck while Marlon wore a white polo shirt. Janet wrote in her post:
"Sending luv to u 2day big bro. ?"
Many fans in the comment section took turns extending their birthday wishes to Marlon, who is also the brother to the late King of Pop Michael Jackson. Michael passed away in 2009.
Aside from their warm birthday greetings and messages, fans also sent Marlon several birthday emojis, including a cake, a flower bouquet, a heart, and a party hat.
MARLON'S MUSIC CAREER
Marlon was a former member of the Jackson 5 which was founded in 1965. Aside from Michael, brothers Jackie, now 69, Tito, 67, Jermaine, 66, and Randy, 59, were the group's members.
Besides being a former member of Jackson 5, Marlon also contributed to Janet's second album, "Dream Street," in 1984. He wrote the song "Don't Stand Another Chance" with John Barnes.
Janet will also have a documentary about her life soon.
JANET'S TIMELESS ALBUM
With her brother's contribution to her career, Janet became one of the top-selling female artists in the music industry. Her "Control" album remains popular to this day.
The classic album recently charted at No.1 on Apple's Top 40 US Pop Album chart. Janet thanked her fans on Twitter for supporting her 35-year-old album.
"Control" was Janet's third album, released in February 1986. After its release, the album was ranked first on Billboard's top R&B and hip hop songs.
Janet will also have a documentary about her life soon. Titled "JANET," the two-night documentary will reportedly be released in early 2022 through A&E and Lifetime.
