Katy Perry Wears a Skintight Black Leather Dress In Photos behind-the-Scenes Of 'American Idol'
Katy Perry flaunts her post-baby body in new behind-the-scene photos from "American Idol." The singer donned a gorgeous black leather dress for the show's April 5 episode.
Katy Perry went back to work on "American Idol" just six weeks after welcoming her daughter, Daisy Dove. On one of her shooting dates, she decided to have a fun photoshoot in one of the studio's restroom cubicles, posing on top of a toilet in a tight black leather dress.
The dress featured a sweetheart cut and a belt that showcased Perry's slim waist. She paired her outfit with a pair of black strappy heels while wearing gorgeous pink and black makeup and keeping her hair in messy waves.
This season is Perry's fourth as a judge on the hit show alongside Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan. The fun April 5 show featured the top 24 contestants singing with exciting celebrity guests such as Josh Groban, Tori Kelly, Jason Aldean, and more. She promoted the episode, saying:
"Turned the '#AmericanIdol' bathroom into my own runway. Don't be a pooper and tune in to the 2nd part of solo + celeb duets tonight."
Viewers now have the chance to vote for their favorite "Idol" contestants for them to make it to the top 16. Later this month, the show is set to start taping live shows for the latter part of the competition.
By then, Perry will be reunited with her co-judges and the exciting group of contestants for the show's 19th season. For now, she is enjoying her time with Orlando Bloom and their beloved daughter Daisy while working on her advocacies.

While she was pregnant with her daughter, Perry was hard at work. She recorded songs and taped a music video while carrying her little Daisy Dove, much to her fans' surprise and delight.
In August, she released her latest album titled "Smile" just one day after giving birth to her little girl. While albums are usually launched with parties or dinners, the "I Kissed A Girl" singer once shared that she was in the hospital recovering postpartum for this album.
