Moore clarified that her husband, who filed for divorce in January, recently withdrew his divorce petition. She added that Daly did not ask for alimony and that they had misinterpreted the New York law.

Moore and Daly tied the knot in June 2017 and welcomed their daughter Brooklyn Doris in November 2018. In September 2019, the couple separated for the first time.

After Daly retracted his divorce petition, Moore said they will have no further divorce actions. She is presently in therapy as they continue to fix their marriage.
