The universe is full of many wondrous things, especially in outer space. Astrologers have predicted that the next full moon to grace our eyes this May will be the Flower moon.

The moon is Earth's natural satellite, and this celestial body makes an orbit around the planet. Although it is in outer space, the moon can be easily spotted, illuminating the night sky.

However, this celestial body goes through various phases that cause it to appear different from time to time. One of such unique phases will be happening towards the end of May 2021.

According to sources, the next full moon to grace the earth this month will be a supermoon known as the "Flower Moon." This moon will also be the second supermoon to occur this year. The term "supermoon" was created in 1979 by the astrologer Richard Nolle.

According to the American-Indian Moon names for the twelve months published by Maine Farmer's Almanac in the 1930s, the name of the first supermoon spotted back in April is the Pink Moon.

The Flower Moon will reportedly occur on May 26, and this upcoming astronomical event has been described as one of the biggest supermoons to occur this year. Still, not everyone will get to enjoy it.

According to sources, the "Super Flower Blood Moon" is 7% bigger than the common full moon.

The celestial body will appear as one of the brightest and largest full moons to half of the world, while those in the western parts of North America will see the Flower moon's reddish color.

According to sources, this unique total lunar eclipse event will occur for only 15 minutes, and it will be this first "blood moon" to be seen around the world in over two years.

Flower Moon is used to describe the full moon because of the time of the year in which it occurs in the northern hemisphere. However, the upcoming Flower moon in May is different.

According to sources, the "Super Flower Blood Moon" is 7% bigger than the common full moon, and it is the only total lunar eclipse that will occur in 2021, which makes this event quite special.

A total lunar eclipse occurs when a full moon moves into the Earth's shadow in outer space. This upcoming astronomical event will be best enjoyed in places such as Hawaii and New Zealand.
