Georgia Man Accused of Killing His Wife and Dumping Her Body Is Arrested
A Georgia man, Luther Henderson, has been apprehended by authorities after being connected to his wife's death, whose body was found in another state.
A Georgia native, Luther "Luke" Henderson, was recently arrested by the Atlanta Police Department (APD) after he was found wanting in the death of his wife, Tykeisha Dixon.
Dixon's body was found a few days ago in Illinois. However, authorities connected the dots with speculations that she was killed elsewhere and her body was abandoned at the location.

The press address by the police stated that Henderson murdered Dixon on May 6 at 438 North Avenue and drove to Illinois to discard her body on the road on May 8.
Jamael Logan, the lead investigator of the case, relayed that on May 9, his team was informed that a body was discovered on the road, and the female was later identified as Dixon.

Before the case unfolded, Henderson and Dixon were declared missing by their families. As it is, the pair left their three kids with a babysitter as they drove to go pick up Dixon's daughter.
However, they did not return on time. It would later be revealed that Henderson and his late wife argued in the car. Further reports showed that the person being picked up was Henderson's daughter.
Henderson currently awaits extradition to face his charges.
The daughter shared that Dixon and Henderson argued in the car, and he smashed her phone. When investigations were on, her broken phone was found by the road.
According to further reports, Henderson dropped her body in Illinois and drove to Seattle. His car was also found on May 10, as it was said to have been abandoned in Illinois.
Weeks before the homicide case cropped up, many family members gathered on social media, seemingly congratulating Dixon and her husband about their union. Now the family has been thrown into a mournful state.
Dixon's brother, Talaris Adams, relayed that the family was devastated by the tragic incident. He described his late sister as a caring, loving person whose smile was infectious.
Last Friday, the deceased was honored in a memorial service. A GoFundMe page was also set up to solicit funds for the funeral expenses and the care of Dixon's sons. Henderson currently awaits extradition to face his charges.
