Rude Boy Humiliates Chubby Teen on School Bus, Karma Hits Back - Story of the Day

A rude boy humiliated a girl for being chubby and refused her a seat on the school bus. Not long after, karma reached him.

When Ashley boarded the school bus, only a few seats were vacant. Besides, since she had motion sickness, she wanted to take the window seat because the cool breeze from the window helped her feel relaxed during the ride.

However, when she looked around the bus, she observed that only one window seat was available. She dashed to the seat to occupy it, but the boy sitting on the seat next to it stopped her.

Ashley was perplexed. She didn't understand why he wouldn't let her take the seat when it was empty. She gently asked, "Hey, I'm sorry, but is someone already seated here?"

The boy, Kevin, gave her a stern glance from head to toe and said, “It’s empty, but I don’t want you to sit here.”

Ashley felt weird. “But why shouldn’t I sit here? Please move and allow me to go inside,” she said, confused.

Kevin screamed angrily at her, “I told you NO! Are you deaf?”

At this point, even Ashley lost her cool, and she screamed at the top of her voice, “What the hell is wrong with you? It’s not like you own this bus! Just move, okay?”

“No, I won’t. What will you do?” Kevin snarled and then tossed his bag on the window seat.

Ashley glared at him and threw his bag from the seat.

“You FATSO! How dare you touch my bag with your fat hands!” Kevin yelled at her, and the entire bus turned around to look at them.

Ashley was stunned. She felt so humiliated by Kevin’s comment that she couldn’t utter a word. Kevin, on the other hand, continued insulting her.

“Yes, I don’t want you to sit here because you are fat. In fact, you are FAT AS HELL! Did you understand? Now move your fat bum out of here and let the air in so that I can breathe.”

Yes, Ashley could have gathered courage and argued with Kevin, but the way some of her classmates stared at her shattered her confidence. She didn’t say anything and quietly took a seat at the back of the bus.

But Kevin wasn’t done humiliating her yet. He continued to taunt her about her weight at school. When he saw Ashley during the lunch hour, he intentionally took a seat on the table beside hers, and whenever Ashley took a bite of the food, he mocked her.

“Yeah, yeah, eat more, and soon, you’ll need two seats on the bus.”

In the end, Ashley was so frustrated by the comments that she got up and left without finishing her lunch. But that wasn’t all. She also decided to stop using the bus and instead walk to and from school every day.

So, as soon as classes ended that day, she exited the school by the back gate, as the bus would stop at the front entrance. She knew if Kevin saw her near the bus, he would mock her again, and she’d feel even worse. So, here Ashley was, walking on a deserted street all alone because of the rude Kevin.

But as Ashley reached the end of the street, she heard a voice from behind. It sounded as if someone was in excruciating pain. She turned around to see who it was and noticed a man sitting by the roadside under a tree. She quickly went to him and asked, “Hey, are you all right?”

The man looked at her from half-closed eyelids and said, “Please help me. I can’t walk. I have severe back pain.”

Ashley gave the man some water and told him to sit on the tree’s support, but the pain was so much that he couldn’t move. “This won’t work,” he cried in pain. “I need my pills, but I can't have them because I left them at home.”

“Don’t worry, just tell me the name of the medicine,” Ashley told the man, “I’ll go and buy it.” The man handed her a piece of paper containing the name of the medicine and some cash.

Ashley dashed to the medical store behind her school and quickly brought the medicine to him. The man took the meds and felt relieved. “Thank you so much, young lady. I’ll never forget your kindness,” he told her.

Ashley gave him a pleasant smile and said, “It’s all right. Please take care of yourself.” After the man felt a little better and could walk again, she assisted him in getting a cab so that he could safely return home.

Sadly though, all of the running to and from school and then to the medical shop had exhausted Ashley to the point that she couldn’t get up on time the next day. In fact, by the time she finished getting ready, the bus was about to depart from her stop.

Ashley figured that if she walked to school today, she’d be late, but then she thought that Kevin would be waiting for her on the bus, ready to insult her.

However, she decided to take the bus because facing Kevin’s unpleasant comments sounded better than getting scolded by the school principal in the assembly line in front of the entire school.

As soon as Ashley boarded the bus, she noticed Kevin seated in the front seat, giving her a mocking look. She pretended like she didn’t see him and began walking to the back of the bus, but Kevin stopped her.

“Everyone, look who’s back. It's FATSO!" he said. "What happened, fatty? Got tired of walking, uh?”

“Kevin, get out of my way,” Ashley said. “I don’t want to argue with you.”

But Kevin didn’t move. “I’m not going anywhere. What will you do? Wait, will you hit me? Oh, please don’t do that; otherwise, I’ll die because your hand is TOO HEAVY.” The entire bus burst out laughing.

Ashley’s eyes welled up with tears, and she decided to get off the bus. But just as she was about to leave, she heard a voice, “You don’t have to get off the bus, miss. Please get back.”

When Ashley turned around to see who it was, she saw the man from yesterday sitting in the driver’s seat.

“You?” she asked, surprised.

“Yes, I’m the new bus driver. Actually, I was supposed to start yesterday but because of the pain, I couldn’t. Anyway, don’t get down from the bus because someone else needs to do that,” the man continued, pointing at Kevin.

Kevin saw that the man was looking at him, but he didn’t move. However, the man was adamant about teaching Kevin a lesson. He walked straight to Kevin’s seat and said, “I’m talking to you, young man. You need to leave, right now!”

“What? Are you out of your mind?” Kevin asked angrily.

“Well, get off the bus right now, or I’ll toss you and your stuff out,” the man yelled angrily, staring Kevin in the eyes.

Kevin knew the man was serious, so he quickly collected his bag and got off the bus. Ashley happily took her seat, and Kevin never dared to bully her after that day.
