RHOBH Star Kathy Hilton Says She Didn't Watch the Show after Season 1's Infamous Limo Fight

In a recent “Lunch With Bruce” podcast episode, Kathy Hilton revealed the exact moment she decided to stop watching “RHOBH.”

While Kathy Hilton is now one of the most loved cast members, she didn’t always love the show and has recalled the reasons for that having a lot to do with the way her family was portrayed.

Hilton revealed she would watch the show and skip to only the parts with her sisters in them, but one incident stopped her from completely watching it.

Hilton revealed she is ADD and finds it difficult to sit and watch a television show, so she would only watch scenes that starred her sisters Kim or Kyle. However, the season finale of season one was when she decided to stop watching the show.

Throughout season one, Kim’s behavior was erratic and was often explained away by sister Kyle. However, this put a strain on Kim and Kyle’s relationship, and viewers quickly began to see the tension between the sisters on screen.

While the sisters kept it together for the duration of the season, falling out and making up often, the season finale at a party was when the sisters fell out in a scene aired on the show.

The scene showed the sisters arguing in a limo outside Kyle’s house because they had fought at the party and Kyle revealed her sister Kim was an alcoholic in front of Adrienne Malouf.

Hilton said she and her daughter, Paris Hilton, watched the scene and were extremely upset by it, crying and breaking down because of the fight being aired in front of them. She revealed this was when she decided to stop watching the show entirely.

Hilton joined the cast of the show late in 2020 and has quickly become a fan favorite. She adds a different personality to the show, and her appearances have become something that all fans of the show look forward to.

Kim encouraged her to join the show but warned her not to lose her temper while the cameras were rolling. She eventually decided to do the series as she thought it would be a good way to spend time with her sister, Kyle.

However, Hilton is not a permanent cast member and is simply a “friend” of the show, which means she will be able to come in and out of the show as she pleases without any obligations.

Being a “friend” of the show also means she will not have to attend the reunion held at the end of each season.
