Denise Richards' Husband Aaron Phypers Is 'Upset' about Issues with Charlie Sheen

Denise Richards' husband, Aaron Phypers, is currently in a very difficult position as he has been suffering alongside his other half regarding the whole child support situation with Charlie Sheen.

It has been reported that Phypers is "upset" and "heartbroken" because Richards is also upset over Sheen, who saw a judge declare that he no longer has to pay child support.

Richard and Sheen tied the knot back in 2002, only to call it quits and divorce 3 years later. They share 16-year-old Lola and 17-year-old Sami, who moved out of her mother's home to go live with her father.

NO RULES

According to the teen, she felt "trapped" in Richards and Phypers' house, and the reason why she moved, as per an anonymous source, is that "everything is a big party" at Sheen's place.

It has been claimed that, while at the 56-year-old actor's house, there is no homework, the children can have ice cream whenever they want, stay up long and do whatever they want in general.

There is no structure whatsoever, which is why they believe it is more fun to spend time at their father's than stay home with Richards, who makes sure they do their homework and have a normal life. The source added:

"Denise's life is those kids and it's always been those kids. Aaron is devastated because she is devastated, and Aaron has been incredibly patient with the kids."

Last month, Rami allegedly announced on Tik Tok that she moved in with Sheen, describing her mother's home as "hell house" and letting the world know that she "dropped out of high school."

Richards admitted that she is a strict parent.

DIFFERENT IDEAS

The same source shared that, while Richards believes in being a parent and having a set of rules, Sheen never agreed with implementing said rules as he has a different "way of parenting."

Sami reportedly wasn't willing to follow her mother's rules, but Richards still loves her daughter and was very sad to see her move out to live with the "Platoon" star.

Even though Sami is no longer living under Richards and Phypers' roof, Lola is still with them, although she also lives with Sheen when the actress is actively working on a project.

Back in 2019, Richards, who tied the knot with Phypers in 2018, admitted that she is a strict parent but made it clear that she is not a "judgemental" one.
